  1. 1. A screenshot of the error (as a jpg, gif or png). If you don’t know how to take a screenshot, visit:
  2. 2. Your computer specs. Visit, and under ‘SHARE THESE DETAILS’ (on the right side), copy that special link and share it.
  3. 3. Upload screenshots (and any additional files) here.
